At Alchemy Somatic Healing, we believe true transformation begins when the body, mind and spirit are invited back into balance. Our approach is rooted in the understanding that healing is not just about "fixing" symptoms, but about restoring safety, connection, and wholeness at our deepest core.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, Somatic practices, Yoga, Pilates, Reiki, Spirit and energy work, Belinda Melchert (founder and practitioner) has created a gentle, yet powerful space where nervous system regulation and soulful transformation meet.
Healing Is Alchemy - a process of transformation where pain, trauma, and disconnection can be rewired into strength, resilience, and wholeness.
Every modality we use honours the body's innate wisdom and capacity to heal when it is given the space, safety, presence and compassion.
